HOW TO KEEP CLEAN

Wear it on your underwear, so it won't get so easily dirty. In case it gets dirty or soiled, put it in soapy water and wash it by pressing it softly by hand. Don't wring nor rub. Then, dry it firstly by tapping it softly with something like a towel.

a) Babies, infants, pregnant women and those who have a heart pace-maker and artificial bones buried inside the body must not use BODY BELT.
