HOW TO USE

1. The unit starts to operate by sliding the switch from OFF to HI-Mid-LO position.
2. You can put it under your shoulder or back while lying on your back.
3. You can attach/detach the massage portion onto/from the Pillow.
4. You can use the detached massage portion under your waiste, leg, back of knee, etc., as you like.
5. If it only operates weakly, or doesn't operate at all, the batteries run out. Get them replaced with new ones.
6. The optimal operating time is within 20 minutes.
7. As there is no automatic shut-off on this unit, you should not sleep while you use this unit in function.
